Hi, am getting error as Unable to collect devices : SWT exception when I click on Spy Mobile option in Katalon. Record Mobile option is working fine. Can someone help on this?

Can you please verify the versions of Appium, Node, and Xcode or Android SDK (if applicable) you’re using? Katalon Studio 5.10 only supports Appium 1.8.1 (or Appium 1.8.2 beta). You can downgrade with npm install -g appium@1.8.1 (or npm install -g appium@1.8.2-beta)

Could you try upgrading to Appium 1.8.1:
npm install -g appium@1.8.1.
You also might want to use a newer version of Node. If you use Node Version Manager, you can have multiple versions of Node installed at the same time.
For my setup, I’ve had luck with:
Appium 1.8.1
Node 9.2.0
Android Studio 3.1.2 (although a newer version of this should be fine)
Katalon Studio 5.10.1

I’ll see if I can replicate your issue with the versions you’re using. I’m running Xcode 10.2 and Katalon Studio 6.1.5 and I don’t seem to have any issues. Is it possible for you to try to upgrade to the latest Katalon Studio?

I was updated to newer version then it was working but again getting the same issue.
Can’t we fix changing or reinstalling katalon studio? if yes How can we fix this?

You mentioned in your last post that you are using Katalon 5.2.0 - can you confirm that is the correct version number? For the other dependencies you list, it’s recommended that you use Katalon Studio 6.2.0 rc1 beta, which you can find here:
Please make sure you follow the instructions on that post, as some of them relate to libraries that detect devices, so if you don’t have those installed, you won’t be able to see your simulators in the list.
