Unable to Complete Last 2 Certification Tasks

Hello Team,

I have an active Katalon Studio Enterprise and Runtime Engine trial valid until February 11, 2026.

I am unable to complete the last two certification tasks because they require Katalon TestCloud, and my account shows the error:

“Failed to integrate with TestCloud. You have no TestCloud license.”

Since TestCloud is not included in the Enterprise trial, I cannot proceed with these tasks.
Please advise if these tasks can be waived or if a temporary TestCloud trial can be provided.

As Bella mentioned, @viet.nguyen might be able to help since certification program revamp plan was there during late 2025

Hi @2000darshansaini, as I remembered, the trial period includes a small number of executions with TestCloud. Did you try to click on the Enable Katalon TesCloud integration, and the error showed up?

In the next version of the program, we will allow multiple paths to reduce dependency on different solutions.
