Unable to Access Katalon AI Assist – "There is no AI model in your account"

Hi Team,

I am unable to use Katalon AI Assist in Katalon Studio.

When I open the AI Assistant, I receive the following message:

There is no AI model in your account.
Please contact your Account Owner for access, or add your own API key.

I have already signed in to my Katalon account, but I still cannot access the AI features.

Could anyone please help me with the following?

  • Is Katalon AI Assist available for free accounts?
  • Does it require a paid subscription or organization license?
  • How can I request AI access for my account?
  • If I need to add my own API key, which AI providers are currently supported, and how do I configure them?

I’m using:

  • Katalon Studio Version: 11.3.0 (or your version)
  • Operating System: Windows 10/11
