Katalon AI service is diabled on my account

Hello,

Could someone please help me with my Katalon AI service. I’m getting an error message stating that my AI service is disbabled. I do have the AI control feature enabled and turned on. Please see the screenshots below for more details.

Error message I am receiving I try using the AI service:

Thank you for the response. But yes, I have followed every step in the guide. After enabling the AI service on my account, I log out and log back in. But when I logged back in, the AI service is disabled. For some reason, the AI service is not sticking after I log out and log back in.

Hey i have allowed it in my account. I have KRE license and it is connected to tesCloud. but the Katalon AI sevice is still diabled

Facing same issue as StudioAssist chat window is still showing ‘no AI model in your account’

try logging out of Katalon Studio and then logging back in using the “Continue with Email” option. This should enable your Studio Assist
