Hello, I have account enterprise for katalon studio enterprise. I want to try using katalon AI for generate code and explain code, but the first time i want to try, katalon directing me to manage configuration studioassist. At windows at the same account, Katalon AI Service disable and i try at Macbooc, toogle is On

StudioAssist is not available for use when logging via License server and Offline license.

I found a documentation which has some more explanations down at the FAQs section, in particularly:
“Your company turned off AI features at the Account level of Katalon. You might see a warning message when trying to use StudioAssist in this case. You will need to contact the Account Owner and turn AI features on to use StudioAssist again.”
So, I think that you may need to contact your Account Owner to see if they may have turned off this feature for all team members or not.
