Product utilization shows the report quota as 3500 in testOps. So during script development if we execute will it be included…? Can anyone advise on this, what will be the best practise . We need to include Visual testing for our regression packs but this quota may be a concern.

This quota will increase if you test from Testops.
I would suggest ,please off integration of TestOps during script development and testing.
