Katalon Github Action Quota Exceeded

we have an issue right now, we created a Katalon action in github to run each time we updtae our unit tests, the issue is that we have a Katalon Runtime Engine (Node-locked) and since each time an action is ran we get the Machine Quota Exceeded since the id is different. We would like to know if there is a way to fix this, or if we need another kind of license to work as we want
