I’ve recorded an test case and i’m having some troubles to replay them.
The console didn’t show any problems and the test appers done on de Job Progress dialog.

Can you send me Katalon Studio logs? It’s available as .log file in metadata folder, e.g: C:\4.7\Katalon Studio Windows 64\config\.metadata\.log

I think it might be something with the version 4.7, because from the videos that i’ve seen working on the internet it was on the version 4.4. If that’s the case, can you send me a download link to that version?

Hi.
I tried again the UAC disabled and the with the older version, but both result in the same problem.
Obs.: Sometimes, when i replay the same test case, appears the following erro message on console:

But then i just close and open the application and the issue don’t show again.

I deleted the .metadata folder from Katalon Studio folder and tried again, but the problem persist.
By the way, i tested the same steps to replay a script here in my work in a mac and i had no problem running it. But the mac is not mine for use, so that’s not an option right now.
Is there anything else we could do? I’m really looking foward to use your application.

This issue may come from your firewall, so please try turning off firewall or set rules to fully allow Katalon Studio through your firewall.

Also didn’t work, but i tried just execute in other pc here at work and it runs normally.
It should be some bad windows configuration set in my pc, both here and at my home, but i really don’t have any ideia of what could it be.
If you have any others options, i’m open to try.

In this case I would suggest uninstalling your browsers completely and then re-install again. Then give it another try

I’ve tried the last sugestion but it didn’t work, actually to be honest i didn’t put much effort on it this time because at this point looks like a shot in the dark and i won’t spent more time trying to make it work.
I really wanted to use your application on my job, it looks amazing when it works, but for the moment i’ll look for another solution.

I’m encounter the same issue at v5.5 as well. I’m deleted the .metadata folder as per this article, but the issue still persist. Katalon are working fine previously, but out of sudden, it unable to run today.
And i’m realize if i’m unzip the installer to the new directory, it able to run the script but if I put installer at the same directory as previous, it may not be run again.
Seek for your advice on this. Thanks.
