I’ve got a Katalon Studio Enterprise licence, version 10.1.0 on Windows.
I’m unable to use StudioAssist due to this error ‘You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs.’
I’ve created an OpenAI API key and populated the org ID. The max completion token was set at 16000, which I tried and also set to the level indicated on my account - 60000.
Model is gpt-4o-mini
I haven’t used any of my allowance on OpenAI. There is nothing in the docs to suggest I need to pay for services… the option ‘Katalon AI Service is greyed out’. Any advice?

If you want to use Katalon AI Service (which is included in your KSE license plan), then you can ask your Account Owner to turn AI on for your Account on TestOps, or turn it on yourself if you’re the Account Owner. See Enable/disable AI features in an Account | Katalon Docs
If you still want to use StudioAssist with your personal OpenAI key, then a screenshot for the error you faced would be helpful for us to troubleshoot.

Hi - just to update here. I turned on AI for the account in TestOps but some restarts of the software still didn’t let me use Katalon AI Service. I raised a ticket and one of your colleagues quickly sorted me out - they recommended logging out of the software and then logging back in with the browser option, rather than with License Server.
