In spy mode after capturing objects , I cannot change the options to save objects in folder. Bottom grid in red is always disabled and merge option is selected by default. I can not switch to other 2 options . Please help.

Because your highlighted objects may be already existing in the project as seen in the message although if you want you can create a new folder

that’s expected behavior. if the spied objects already exist in the selected Object Repository folder, Katalon forces to Merge changes into existing objects, so the other options are disabled
if you want duplicate or replace options:
- save the objects to a new folder
- use different object names during Spy
