Searching for good UI test suite for Angular UI and Java Rest API testing

Hi,
I’m trying to find out if Katalon is suited for the applications I need to run UI tests on.
To be suited, it needs to be able to do the following:
1.) Can test Angular UI code.
2.) Can test code on a web page nested in iframes.
3.) Can test links on a web page that open in new tabs of browser.
4.) Can test mouse-overs/hover messages on web pages.
Please let me know if this is possible with the Katalon product?
