Right Click: Go to this step in Script View in a Try {} catch block

This is extremely handy when figuring out which step in the code is breaking, although it doesn’t work when you’re code is surrounded by a try catch block. It would be great if this could be re-implemented for this purpose

Hi Katalon Team,

I am seeing same issue in Latest version as well(ver 8.0)

When test case is failed, In failed step-> navigating to script view,

Actual Result: Opening script view but not selecting particular failed line

Expcted Result: Opening script view and it should select particular failed line.

Please be informed this bug is fixed in version 8.2.5. Please download our latest release 8.2.5 and try it out.

  • Bug details: Inside the Log Viewer, unable to navigate to a specific step by right-clicking on the step and choosing Go to this step in Script View .
