Renaming folder with Capital letter to small letter deletes all inner test case steps

Please let us know what you are using Katalon Studio for?

I have currently applied Katalon Studio in my project.

How would your work be affected if this issue has not been resolved?

My data is lost without any chance to recover. I need to redo my work.

####Scenario
Folder “Scenarios” with set of test cases, renamed to “scenarios”. All child test cases lost their test steps and are made empty.

Did you get a pop-up warning which is a blank no message inside and you got a memory where you save this project? I ask because this was happening to me last night but for me, I did not have enough memory and when I save I got a pop-up warning without any message inside, and then the test steps from the test case were blank.

This is a confirmed bug. We will release a fix ASAP.

Hi @costea.georgian89,

I think you should use Git or other SVC to store your project state before making any changes on the test artifacts to prevent data loss.
