Please check your configuration for Katalon-Git integration as documented:
Possibly while upgrading to v11, you lost the previous configuration for Katalon-GitHub integration.
There is a bug in Katalon version 11.0.0, when we upgrade then previous configuration for Katalon-repo integration details in the project setting is not getting saved. So just check in the project setting input the details, your problem will be solved.

After the launch of Katalon 11.0.0, I used that version for about a week. However, I encountered some issues and eventually reverted to my previous version. During this process, I noticed that the project settings were not retained and had to be manually reconfigured.
So I am not sure whether it is a bug or not, or I had only encountered that issue. But now when @anandkumar.venkatara also faced the similar kind of issue, so I posted.
