Would you mind testing it with Chrome and give us the log again ? It’s necessary to use Chrome as we only added additional logs there to investigate the root cause before releasing a fix on both Chrome and Firefox.
It would be really helpful if you could also record the flow, but this time you also record the ( Ctrl + Shift + I and select Console tab ) when you open the Chrome browser. If you notice any kind of pattern regarding the buttons that Web Recorder can’t record, then please tell us.
