Q: Are there any fee associated with getting certified via the Katalon Certifications Program?
A: There are no fees whatsoever associated with the Katalon Certifications Program.
However, we do recognize the need to use some of Katalon’s paid solutions in order to meet some certification criteria, and for that, we strongly recommend you to take advantage of our Kudos Rewards Program here on the Katalon Community forum. Not only will you be able to exchange your Kudos points for up to 6 months of paid Katalon solution usage, but also other rewards as well. More information below:
Q: Do all of our testing data get stored in the cloud or on our local machines?
A: In Katalon Studio, testing can be conducted both locally and in the cloud, depending on your preferences and requirements.
You can execute tests locally on your own machine using Katalon Studio. This allows you to run tests directly on your local environment, providing control over the testing process and access to local resources.
Katalon Studio also offers integration with cloud testing platforms such as Kobiton and BrowserStack. These platforms allow you to execute tests on remote devices and browsers hosted in the cloud.
Q: Is there any pre-defined test cases, or demos, from the Katalon team for user to test out Katalon products and to learn how it works?
