Progress for Practitioner level certification is not reflecting for my certification since 6 days

I have completed checklist for Practitioner level certification 5 to 6 days back.
However progress is not reflecting on the page .

Hi there, how did you create those? Right click > New test suite collection? Or did you copy and paste?

I have not done copy paste .
I right click on Test Suit => Test Suit Collection
And then renamed as TestSuitCollection1

Please let me know if additional info is needed
