Not able to record Steps

Hi ,
I am beginner to Katalon. I am trying to create test using record feature.Once I click on record button,enter url and select browser it opens the application and only that app opening action is recorded,It is not recording any other step.Please help me with this issue

what browser are you using?

Since you are a beginner, are you sure you are clicking on the recorder, and not object Spy? The icons are similar. Also, make sure your .url is identified in the record window and choose a popular recorder like Chrome or Firefox. Good luck!
