Not able to create Offline License in Testops

I tried to run my project with CLI using Runtime Engine. But all launchers are terminated. I tried to create a license but the button is disabled in TestOps. Do I need to subscribe to Runtime Engine to create a license? Is there any trial license?

Any update on this?

You would need to subscribe to Runtime Engine to run tests from commandline. A 30-day trial is available when you register Katalon account with a business email.
