KS v7.0.4 can't login to Katalon TestOps

Hai, everyone.

Please help, when I’m login Katalon TestOps. Message showing like this.

but this account valid for login to KS and analytic (now Katalon TestOps)
anyone meet the same issue

As a workaround, you can deactivate and then re-activate KS again, and the problem should be resolved.

Unfortunately, offline activation is currently not supported in KSE and RE trial license. If you want to connect to Katalon TestOps, you need to online activate it.
On the top right corner > Account > Deactivate and then Reactivate
