Kre problem with the license

We have a problems with kre.It work fine until today,wich raises a license problem.The payments is debited and it is done.

Can you help us plase?!

If not, buy one.

You should know Katalon office will be closed for a week.

well, a sane company offering SaaS services should have ‘on-call’ guys for such.
Otherwise, is not worth it to spend money with products poorly supported :smile:

What if i send a ticket to… let’s say, AWS, since i use lot of products from them and the bills are pretty huge, and they reply ‘sorry, we are out, perhaps drunk, for a week?’
