New Browser - recording (Chrome) just records only open browser and close browser. It ignores rest of the steps done. Could you help me in resolving the issue

Same here. I don’t recall (2-3 weeks back) but it was functioning for me. But when I want to record again today, I can’t even captured anything except the open and close browser. I’m using Katalon ver 9.7.2 and was using Google Chrome browser.
But I tried also using other browser like Mozilla, it’s working.

hi safwan, I’m still facing the issue atm. what i did was changing the browser to Mozilla and it seems working for me to keep my progress going.
but I hope this issue would be resolve soon as I need to use Google Chrome for my testing.
i got this issue resolved by update Katalon Studio to 10.2.1, and then added chrome for testing path like shown in following screenshot
Hi, I am able to confirm this. Trying to record using chrome is not recording any of the steps. I have tried updating the web drivers and everything. Only open and close. Once I started using firefox it was fine.
