Katalon Runtime Engine / TestCloud Tunnel

Hello,

a few days ago, I ran tests:

  • with Katalon Rutime Engine, these tests appear in TestOps however, the Professional level certificate has not been validated
  • with a private configuration of the TestCloud Tunnel, however, the Expert level certificate has not been validated.

Could you tell me why the certifications were not validated?
