Certification Checkpoint Not Updating – TestCloud Tunnel Execution in TestOps

  • Dear Katalon Support Team,

    I am writing to report an issue regarding my Katalon Certification checkpoint:
    “Run test execution in a private domain with Katalon TestCloud Tunnel through Katalon TestOps.”

    I have successfully executed this step multiple times in Katalon TestOps by running test executions using TestCloud Tunnel in a private domain. Despite completing the required actions correctly, the checkpoint status has not been updated in my certification progress.

    I have already waited more than 48 hours, but the certification dashboard still does not reflect completion of this requirement. Additionally, my Katalon license is set to expire in the next few days, which is causing concern as I may not be able to complete the certification in time due to this issue.

    i had follow these steps below:

    • start tunnel- tunnel activated

    • By using node js created a localhost url

    • created new testcase and testsuite to open localhost url

    • execution- created automated test run(testops)

    • activate agent

    • select agent on test run

    • select select command line

    • advance setting- private/local testing- select tunnel

    • run
      am i following the correct step to complete this task?

Are you using the TestOps Legacy or the new version of TestOps?
