I have completed all the checklist items required for certification. However, despite having the correct test case level and test suite level data binding configuration, the checklist is not getting updated. I have been trying to resolve this issue for the past week.
Kindly provide some insights on this matter.

Normally it take 3-4 days time to get updated. No worries it will surely get updated.
Things here in Katalon may get done sooner or later, but surer, for sure

So, are you doing data driven test execution? Normally it gets updated within 3-4 days.
Please check whether you are missing data binding or some issue

I have tried multiple ways of executing data driven test. Asked Katalon AI assistant, searched different official documents available but still i am not able to see the updated progress.
I have also upgraded the katalon studio version to the latest one.
Make sure your test results are actually syncing to Katalon TestOps. The certification progress tracker pulls from TestOps, not from local execution results. Open TestOps in your browser, navigate to your project, and verify the execution reports with data binding are visible there. If they are not showing in TestOps, the certification system has no way to see them.
In Katalon Studio, check that you are signed in and that the Katalon Analytics integration is enabled under Project Settings > Plugin. After executing, you should see a prompt or log indicating the report was uploaded. You can also manually upload via the TestOps icon in the toolbar.
