AI-skilled Practitioner Certification, Practitioner Level Certification, and Professional Level Certification not update the progress

hi @nghi.phan there’s a slight issue with the update.
On the AI-skilled Practitioner Certification, I’ve run data-driven test executions more than 10 times, but the progress isn’t updating.
On the Professional Level Certification, I’ve run test executions over a hundred times. I’ve run them from test case execution and test suite collection, but there’s no progress. The “Run test executions with Debug mode” section still shows 0 even though I’ve debugged more than 10 times. There’s no update for “Run test execution in Katalon Studio with Katalon TestCloud Tunnel,” even though I’ve run the tunnel from the terminal and executed it through the test suite collection.

I think there is some issues with the updation in the backend, even the kudos points are also not getting updated, earlier it was getting updated in every 1-2 days or max 3-4 days.

What version of Katalon Studio are you using?
For data-driven test runs, did you execute at the test case or test suite level?
For Debug mode, I’m double-checking the system.
For Tunnel, when did you do this?
Maybe like that, I hope that in 3-4 days there will be another update. thanks for the help

My katalon version is 11.0.0
For Data-Driven test runs im execute at test case with set variable first on test case and set Data test with data files, i set variable binding with test data on data files. Im using data files with excel files data.
For tunnel i do this maybe 2 days ago with time GMT+7

Also, there seem to be issues with tracking Debug executions. We’re trying to fix that.
