Invalid TestOps Credentials

Hello Is there a way i can access the Account again i not able to login in the TestOps Account that is the Error i Get.

Is there a way to access the Ticket so that i can send it for Help.

hi @stevio052002

since you cannot log in, you won’t be able to access the in-app support portal. Here is how to fix this:

  1. Reset Password: Go to the Katalon login page and click “Forgot Password” to reset your credentials.
  2. Submit a Ticket: You can raise a support request without logging in via the Katalon Help Center here: support.katalon.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

make sure to use the email address associated with your account when submitting the ticket

Fetch Accounts

This needs to link to your Account Once

Then Below you will see a Drop Down of the Projects on your Katalon Studio as Listed

Choose the One you want– Fetch Projects

Check the 2 Check Boxes

Apply and Close
