I don’t see the option for creating test cases

I will ask our team to take a look into it. Which version of the Katalon Studio you are using?

kindly provide addtional details like katalon version, log file etc

I have used the latest version up to today and logged in today with an enterprise license.

Pls look into this; the application crashes frequently.

About crashing or closing off the app all of the sudden is happening , this is issue which I also face. Quick fix is that just after logging in and selecting the project, perform close and clean up under project dropdown.

But surely Katalon team should act about this

I am also using the version 11.1.1 but I didn’t get this issue, may be the software didn’t get installed properly.
Try uninstalling and then install it again, it will work I guess

1.Check on the Latest Version or New Release

Check if they can work

2.Use Option of the + Button Above or the Path indicated

3.Use the Option to Reset

4.Option to Clean Up

5.Option

  1. Manually Clean and Rebuild Project
  • Close Katalon Studio.

  • Delete the bin/ and Libs/ folders in your project workspace.

  • Reopen and let Katalon rebuild—sometimes this resets file references
