Forget Katalon Password

When I try to download the plugin, it asks me to sign in. But I am already signed in to Katalon. When I enter my password, it shows “wrong password.” I also tried the “Forgot Password” option, but it still asks for the current password to change it.

Please try out these 2 options below:

Solution 1: Verify Your Account (if you haven’t done so)

  • Go to katalon.com and log in
  • Check your email for a verification email from Katalon (Subject: “Verify your Katalon account”)
  • Click the Verify my account link in the email
  • Wait 5 minutes and refresh your browser if needed
  • Try downloading the plugin again

Solution 2: Reset Your Password Properly

  1. Go to katalon.com
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Check your email for the password reset link
  5. Follow the link and create a new password
  6. Log back into Katalon Studio with your new credentials
  7. Attempt the plugin download again
