I am not able to login because forgot my password

Here’s what you should do:

  1. Use the Password Reset Option

    • Go to the Katalon login page
    • Click on the “Forgot Password?” link
    • Enter your registered email address
    • Check your email for a password reset link
    • Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password

  2. If You Don’t Receive the Reset Email

    • Check your spam/junk folder
    • Wait a few minutes and try requesting the reset again
    • Make sure you’re using the correct email address associated with your account

  3. Contact Katalon Support

    • Visit the Katalon Support Portal
    • Submit a support request for account recovery assistance
    • If you have a paid license, you can create a support ticket for priority help

Reset Katalon account password via official flow.

Steps

  1. Sign in | Katalon Software Quality Management Platform → Forgot Password?
  2. Enter registered email → Reset Password
  3. Check inbox/spam for link (Subject: “Reset your Katalon password”)
  4. Click link → Set new password.

No Email?

  • Verify account first (email: “Verify your Katalon account”)
  • Try alternate browser/incognito
  • Support: support.katalon.com → Submit ticket (include email).

Studio login uses katalon.com credentials—resets here fix it.

Go for forgot password simple, whether this is not working?

Go to Sign in | Katalon Software Quality Management Platform and click “Forgot Password?” Enter the email tied to your Katalon account and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.

Check spam if you don’t see it within a few minutes. Katalon Studio uses the same katalon.com credentials, so resetting there fixes your Studio login too
