Hello, brand new here to Katalon.
I have a ridiculous question that is becoming incredibly frustrating: I need to reset my password.
I installed Katalon, it asks me for my e-mail and password and no matter how much I input it, it will say it’s not.
Probably out of typing it fast, I may have slipped an extra letter and thus it’s not letting me activate the product.
So I go to my profile (which I haven’t logged off, thankfully) and go to the ‘reset password’ section but it’s still asking me for my original password.
The whole point of this is that I don’t know what it is but there seems to be no way to contact somebody to help me assign a new password which I can then (Carefully) change it to one of my own.
Who can I contact? Is this account doomed and I have to make another (which is funny, since I can’t delete this account unless I type the password).
Every ‘contact us’ just throws you into the sales team chat and I don’t need that.
