Failed to tap on element ANDROID

Failed to tap on element 'Object Repository/android.widget.TextView3 - INICIAR" (root Object Repository/android.widget.TextView3 - INICIAR not found)

I have already set a delay time.

I think that is a frame in front of it, because when I go to Object Spy, I only can select that button using the side labels and not clicking in the “screen shot”, because there is a big rectangle in all screen.

What can I do?
