Expert level certification not updated after running successfully

Part of expert level certification I have successfully run private domain tunnel on the 21 Dec an waited for update. Then run again on the 25th I still don’t see any update. Please help

did you executed the scripts that you had in the git repository in Test cloud using test cloud tunnel?

It does not allow to save the config soon after selecting private domain. Do I need license ? although I did run successfully locally so it should have updated on academy
