Expert Level Certification Status Not Updating Despite Completing All Tasks

Hello Katalon Community,

I am currently participating in the Expert Level Certification program for Katalon TestOps, Katalon Studio, and Katalon TestCloud. I have completed all the required tasks on March 12, 2025, but my completion status has not been updated on the dashboard.

Here are some of the tasks I have completed that are still showing 0/X on my dashboard:
:check_mark: Connected a script repository to Katalon TestOps
:check_mark: Created releases in Katalon TestOps
:check_mark: Linked test runs to releases in Katalon TestOps
:check_mark: Added custom fields and tags to test cases in Katalon TestOps
:check_mark: Executed tests in TestCloud environments via TestOps
:check_mark: Executed tests in a private domain using TestCloud Tunnel via TestOps
:check_mark: Ran test executions on TestOps agents (Local or Docker) using Katalon Runtime Engine
:check_mark: Generated test execution results in Katalon TestOps

I understand that data updates may take 1-2 days, but my colleague, who started working on the certification at the same time, has already received their updates. I want to confirm if there are any additional steps I need to take to ensure my certification progress updates correctly.

  • Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
  • Are there any solutions or recommendations to resolve this?
  • Is there a way to contact Katalon Support directly to expedite the verification process?

Could it be because I used Opera to run the process, while the schedule was set to use Chrome?

Hi @nui.simanjuntak, which date did you take the screenshot and which account did you log in to Katalon Academy? As I checked, your dashboard showed you completed 60% of the Expert Certification. Can you check again?
