We are sorry to hear that you have been encountering issues with updating Chrome WebDriver to use with Katalon Studio.

Our Product team has confirmed that a hotfix for this issue will be released soon by the end of this month (please see the comment below for more information).

Chrome failed to start: exited normally

Hi, I also agree with you on this urgency. I have let my team know and we already acknowledged this issue. We expect to hot-fix this problem and release it on v9.3.1 at the end of this February. Hi, It is such a wonderful sharing about this issue. There might be lots of people who can gain benefits from your post.
