I tried to download the chromedriver manually, and failed.
It seems that the URL https://edgedl.me.gvt1.com/edgedl/chrome/chrome-for-testing/121.0.6167.184/mac-x64/chromedriver-mac-x64.zip does not exists in the world. I have no idea why. In this situation, we can not get the chromedriver of v121.0.6167.184 at all. We can do nothing other than waiting for the ChromeDriver project to make the URL avaiable. Today is Monday. Possibly we should take additional days off. Sooner or later, the ChromeDriver project would possibly make the distribution URL reachable. Just wait for it.
