Welcome to our community. I found this similar discussion that author has clarified the workaround : Katalon return error (Could not find a driver for automationName 'uiautomator2' and platformName 'android') - #8 by salim.oncu as well as I do not recommend you to use UIAutomator 3.x as it has not been supported in Katalon Studio yet.

1. Uninstall uiautomator2
2. Install uiautomator2@2.45.1
3. Remove the installed uiautomator2 server in the device
