Email report template issue

In the above screenshot, i just a new row with variable provided in the given list https://docs.katalon.com/display/KD/Emails+Setting (please scroll down to see the variable list).

When i am trying to send test email it shows the error in above screenshot.

Second Question: Can we call globalVariable or any other variable in report template.

1. I don’t have any problem when applying the same customization like you. How do you add that row?
2. No you can’t call any other variables besides pre-defined variables.

@“Vinh Nguyen” i just simply add a row and then first define the variable name “Test Cases” and then predefined variable “${totalTestCases}”. I just tried again but same issue.
