Despite following the installation and configuration instructions, I can’t get Tricentis qTest Manager integrations to work. When I execute a Katalon Studio test, I never see Test Cases or Test Run results posted in qTest, even though the connection is successful, automation is activated in the qTest project, the modules and results values are properly mapped, etc. So I am beginning to suspect that the plugin will only work with a purchased license and not the trial. Is this true? Or could there be other issues?
Eventually, I found the answer.
I missed the instructions about synchronizing Test Suites and Test Cases between Katalon and qTest Manager.
Now the integration is working.
