I have completed the requirement to receive Certification for Professional and Expert, but it doesn’t sync after a week. Hence I cannot get my certifications, please take a look.

For Professional, your last requirement is to run tests with TestCloud. Can you run a couple of executions with TestCloud (without Tunnel) using Katalon Studio? Also, please send me the report of such executions.
For Expert:
- Please create one more release and link test runs to it in TestOps
- Please follow the document to assign tags and fields to test cases in TestOps: Add Custom Fields and Tags to test cases | Katalon Docs (if you’ve already done these, send me the screenshot)
- Please schedule and run some test executions with Runtime Engine: Create a local test environment with an Agent | Katalon Docs (you only need one more)
- For the test results, please run more tests
