Data does not sync for Professionol and Expert level Certificate

I have completed the requirement to receive Certification for Professional and Expert, but it doesn’t sync after a week. Hence I cannot get my certifications, please take a look.

Hi @prashikunawane5,

For Professional, your last requirement is to run tests with TestCloud. Can you run a couple of executions with TestCloud (without Tunnel) using Katalon Studio? Also, please send me the report of such executions.

For Expert:
