Certification goals not updating

I access Katalon through a secure VPN. when I log in, at the login screen I simply click “No” and Katalon opens and I can run my tests. Our firewall is causing the login screen to pop and it wants me to login as an admin which I can’t. I am wondering if the reason my certification goals aren’t updating is our firewall? It did update in the past but when we finally got the enterprise version, it stopped.

My guess is I can only login to the app but the connection to the Kat cert site is blocked? Is it possible to DL the free version to use for the certification without it being disabled in 30 days?

Certification goal and your path will get updated it takes sometime.

It takes roughly around 3-4 days , but surely it will get updated

NO worries , just check after couple of days.

certification updates aren’t real time. if you don’t see dashboard updated even after 48-72 hours, @viet.nguyen can guide/help you
