Yes, I guess, this is surely an issue, as many others are also reporting about their certification status is not getting regularly updated.

usually certification takes time to reflect. 24-48 hours.. @viet.nguyen can help you

Many users are reporting this issue, by this time Katalon team should come up with some notification like → what is the frequency of the certification portal getting updated.

I think there should be a quick intervention on this because most of us are using the 1 month trial period once it is over no more chances to get or acquire the certificates, Please help it is now 3 Days since no updates
