Yes, I guess, this is surely an issue, as many others are also reporting about their certification status is not getting regularly updated.

Many users are reporting this issue, by this time Katalon team should come up with some notification like → what is the frequency of the certification portal getting updated.
I think there should be a quick intervention on this because most of us are using the 1 month trial period once it is over no more chances to get or acquire the certificates, Please help it is now 3 Days since no updates

Hi, I’m back to work from holiday. I see that you have completed many of the requirements yourself.
The only one left is running with DDT executions. Every time you run a test suite or test with data binding, it counts as one. I saw that you have 2 DDT executions already.
I have followed up via your private message. Please check.
Can you click on the Show Data Binding and check if you have actually done the data mapping.
I think now, it may be able to update on dashboard
