Can we automate the SSO login for any website by using Katalon record and play? and if not then what are the other ways to automate it.

The problem you are experiencing isn’t SSO per say, the problem is signing into the Google account using an automated browser. Signing into your Google account from an automated browser does not seem to be supported:
