Auto save not working in Katalon Studio

Why isn’t this feature working?

It’s very bad if you forget to save your changes and don’t figure out why your test isn’t working correctly.

It’s a known problem:

Preferences > General > Editors > Autosave does not work

Im using KS v8.2.5 on macOS 12.1. I can change Preferences > General > Editors > Autosave enabled [スクリーンショット 2022-02-06 23.24.34] But acutually Autosave never works. Does Katalon Team intentionally ignore this Autosave? @Jass @duylong Unfortunately Katalon Studio hangs sometimes; I have to forcibly quit it. Then I will lose unsaved code changes. I have got tired of clicking the SAVE ALL button. If “Autosave” is really enabled, it would make my time with KS easier.

I will be tagging our Studio team members here (@xuan.tran and @Shin) to see if they know anything about when we will get AutoSave up and running since the other topic was a long time ago.

Thanks @phuonghd and @kazurayam for bringing up this issue. We have not officially supported auto-save yet. We’re still investigating this and hopefully to ship it in future releases.
