AI-skilled Practitioner Certification is not updating

I’m currently working on the AI-skilled Practitioner Certification, but I’ve noticed that my progress is not updating despite completing the required actions. Specifically, the following items are not reflecting any change:

  • Run data-driven test executions: 0/3

  • Generate test artifacts using Studio Assist: 2/20

Here’s what I’ve already verified and tried:

  1. I’m logged into Katalon Studio with the same account used for certification.

  2. I’ve used the Studio Assist panel to generate test scripts, API test cases, and custom keywords, and inserted them into my project.

  3. I’ve run data-driven tests using bound external data (CSV/Excel) via Test Suites, executing them multiple times with different data iterations.

  4. TestOps integration is active, and results are being uploaded.

  5. I’ve restarted Studio and re-authenticated my account.

  6. Studio Assist is enabled and functioning.

Despite these efforts, the certification dashboard still shows no progress on the above tasks.

Could you please let me know if anyone faced the same issue or workaround to fix it? I’d appreciate any help or troubleshooting steps you can provide.

Hi @prasantik, here is my recommendation:

  1. Please try to run data-driven executions at the test case level.
  2. For the other requirement, please click on the Generate Code of Katalon StudioAssist instead of using the chat window.

Please try and see whether this helps with the update.

I had created a total of 6 test cases for the data-driven scenario and executed them at the test case level, but the certification still isn’t updating that check.

I will try your option for second one and let you know.

I saw that your data-driven execution requirement has been met. The other requirement has been updated too. You should get your certification in no time @prasantik
