Activate native windows recorder

Hi everyone ,

I have problem with native win recorder ,i want record one test case in a customer machine i desactived my account in my machine and i tried to use it in my customer machine but it doesn’t work ,could you give me the solution ? should i have another type of license?
right now i have katalon entreprise node locked license and runtime license

Hi, have you added your email into the list of registered users on TestOps ? Otherwise the activated version of Katalon will not be an Enterprise version.
