Zendesk Support is still not working for my company account

Hi, Mae and I discussed this issue over email more than a month ago. Last piece of conversation was that she will get answers from a Dev re: our Zendesk account not getting authenticated. As I understand it, it should be the same credentials as Katalon TestOps. This does not work for my account.

Can someone take a look into it?
