i hadn’t did any change on the APP , but it not work when i click the run button

without more detail it is hard to pinpoint, but the most common cause of the run button doing nothing in Katalon 10.x is a license issue. Open Help > License Information and confirm your license is active and not expired
other things to check: look at the Console and Error Log views at the bottom of Studio for any stack traces or messages when you click run. Also verify your project’s execution settings under Project > Settings > Execution > Default are pointing to a valid environment. If the log is empty and nothing happens at all, try restarting Studio with a clean workspace by deleting the .metadata folder in your workspace directory
