Why are my execution not uploading to TestOps?

Hello! I recently encountered a problem. I created a new account in TestOps, successfully linked the account to Recorder, and logged in. I save a backup in TestOps, but I can’t upload my executions to my project.
I have not been able to upload my run to TestOps for a week. I logged in and ran the test, I click the Upload report button, the account selection dialog opens, I click the Upload button and get the message Something went wrong. Please try again later.
This problem occurred before in another account, but it was temporary and usually did not appear after some time.
