There are several reasons, can you share some more details as OS, browser etc

Ok, thanks for confirmation.
Check below things

  1. remove webUI.delay() and use dynamic wait.
  2. if you do not use LogViewer then you can unselect
  3. you can disable smartwait
  4. disable or unselect Self healing for the time being to check.
    you can also view into Execution log and see which steps are taking more time .
